※Both the half day charge and the full-day charge will be calculated by having the noon (12 o'clock) as a reference.

  • Example 1.)If you rent a ZiL 520 from 9:00 on January 1st and return it at 17:00 on January 2nd[ Regular season daily rental price for two days will apply and will be charged 57,200 JPY. ]
  • Example 2)If you rent a ZiL 520 from 12:00 on January 1st and return it at 17:00 on January 2nd[ Regular season 1.5 days rental price will apply and will be charged 42,900 JPY. ]

DELIVERY & COLLECTION PRICES

The standard rental and return locations are Asahikawa BASE or Sapporo BASE. However, we also offer options for vehicle delivery to nearby stations and airports, arranged pick-up services, and one-way drop-offs at different BASE locations. For details on rental and return procedures, please refer to "Vehicle Use Guide."

  • ※For New Chitose Airport, flight details are required in advance, and shuttle bus information will be provided.
  • ※Drop-off is not available at locations other than the designated bases.
  • ※All prices include tax.

INSURANCE & COMPENSATION

You can choose from "01," "02," or "03" for basic coverage.
Each vehicle comes with insurance and additional coverage, up to the specified limits. However, please note: If an accident violates the rental agreement or lacks a police accident report, you will be responsible for all costs. Any costs exceeding the coverage limits per accident must be fully beared by the customer. In case of vehicle damage during use, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) and downtime compensation will apply, regardless of the extent of the damage.

  • ※If the vehicle is found to have any damage upon return, regardless of the size of the damage, the full deposit stated above will be withheld. After the repair cost has been determined, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the repair expenses from the deposit.
  • ※The deductible is the amount the customer must pay when receiving compensation for bodily injury, property damage, personal injury protection, and vehicle coverage.
  • ※If a rental vehicle becomes unusable due to accident repairs, the customer will be responsible for part of the downtime compensation fee.
  • ※In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination requiring vehicle repairs or cleaning, the customer will be responsible for the downtime compensation during the repair period.
  • ※Interior equipment damage will be charged at actual cost.
  • ※Smoking in non-smoking vehicles, carrying pets, spills or contamination from food and liquids, and strong odors will also be charged at actual cost.
  • ※Flat tires, blowouts, and windshield damage from flying stones are also subject to repair costs.
  • ※All prices include tax.

CLEANING EXPENSE FOR PETS

If you bring pets, an additional cleaning fee will be charged per rental.
If there are scratches, urine, feces, or lingering odors caused by pets, restoration costs may be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

  • ※Cleaning fee of 20,000 JPY will be charged separately if customers bring their pets in without notifying us in advance.

CANCELLATION CHARGE

If the reservation is cancelled once it is confirmed officially (after confirmation of payment), a cancellation fee will apply as follows

7-14 days before the rental starts 30% of total rental fee
6 days before the rental starts 50% of total rental fee
One day before the rental starts (within business hours) 80% of total rental fee
One day before the rental starts (after business hours) 100% of total rental fee

※For cancellations due to transportation service disruption caused by bad weather and natural disasters, the cancellation charge will be fully refunded if you can submit a cancellation and delay certificate.(The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.)

  • 01 Midway cancellation

    If you decide to cancel the rental after the rental started, you will be required to pay half of the rental fee for the remaining days, that was decided in the contract, as a cancellation fee.

  • 02 Refund Policy

    Credit card payment
    • Within 120 days after the payment: The credit card payment agency will process the refund process.
    • More than 120 days after payment: We will transfer the refund to your designated account.
    Payment by cash transfer
    • We will transfer to your designated account.(The transfer fee will be charged to customer.)
  • 03 In case when the requested vans are unavailable due to accidents and malfunctions

    If the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to an accident or breakdown by the previous customer, we will substitute the quoted vehicles with other available vehicles. However, if it is difficult to arrange a substitute vehicle, We will refund the full amount of the payment you have made in advance and cancel the contract itself. (In this case, we will bear the transfer fee.) Please note that we may not be able to substitute the quoted model as they are highly specialized vehicles. Thank you for your understanding in advance. In addition, even if your reserved car becomes unavailable, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to compensate for your round trip travel expenses, transportation fee, and accommodation fee, etc. for you to come to the designated location.
